  2. نضيف كمية الزبده العجين ونكمل نعجن حتى تدخل. تتجانس مع العجين نغطيها ونخليها تختمر.
  3. نقسم العجين على 2 نحط كل قسم في صينية مدهونه نبسطها باليد ونعمل فيها رشمات بالسكين وندهن بخليط الدهن ونرش سانوج (حبة البركة او حبة السودا) وجلجلان وممكن نزين بالزيتون ونخليهم يخمرو مرة أخرى ندخلهم فرن ساخن على 200حتى يتحمررو.
