  1. الدجاج بالجلد وعظم اغسله عدل وانشفه واتبله باللبن والبهارات والخل والليمون من قبل يوم او ٦ ساعات اقل شي في الثلاجه اخلاط الطحين والنشا مع نفس البهار الى تبلة في الدجاج اطلع الدجاج واغمسه بطحين وقلب كل قطعه عدل مدة ١دقيقه الى دقيقه ونص في طحين.
  2. بعدين اخذ القطعه وانزلها بالماء واعد من الواحدالى الربع وطلعها ورجعها في الطحين اقلبها مدة ١قيقه الى دقيقه ونص بعدين انزلها في زيت غزير حامي دقيقه وصغره الى الوسط او اقل اشوي وخلي مدة ربع ساعة الى ٢٠ دقيقه ينقلي ويستوي الدجاج وبالعافيه.
