3. نطلع كريمة الشانتيه نضربوها مليح حتى يتشكل عندنا منقار الطير ومطيحش نتركها تبرد.
4. في كسرونة نحط الكاكاو والسكر والحليب والزيت على نار هادئة مع التحريك حتى نتحصل على كريمة نضعها بالثلاجة.
5. كي طيب لجينواز نقصوها انا درت شكل لقلب ونشربوها ونحطو عليها الشانتيه نزيد الطبقة 2 ونشربها نزيد لاشونتي ونزيدو الطبقة3 ونشربوها بصح مش ياسر ونديرولها الشانتيه كاملة منبعد ندير لاصوص شوكولاته ونزينوها كيف ما حابين.
