- خطوى زاوجه نجيب قدرى ونضعو فيها م ك سمن ونقلي فيها تليتلي حتى يعطينا لون ذهبي أنا استعملت تليتلي تاع القمح.
- نتحصلو على لون محمص ذهبي جميل نضيف لماء حتى يتغطى تليتلي كما هوى موضح في صورة ويكون فوق نار معى الخلط لمستمر حتى تنشف ويشرب كامل لماء ويضاعف حجمو يكون تنفخ.
- الآن نحضر القدرى ندير فيها لماء تغلي ونحط تليتلي في لكسكاس يفور.
- ومرى على مرى نضيفلو كاس ماء ونخلط بلى مانديرو في جفنه.
- وضرك تليتلي طاب مابقالنا غي نجمروه في لمرقى تاعو لي موضحه في صورة ونكونو نزعنا دجاج من لمرق باش نقلوه ويكون شكلو جميل.
