  2. {Make ready of بسكت الشاي او بسكت مالح.

  6. {Make ready 1/2 علبة of حليب مكثف.

  10. {Prepare of ملعقة كاستر.

Steps to make حلا الخشخش:

  1. نضع الزبدة على النار حتى تسيح و نضع عليها الشعرية و نقلبها الى ان تحمر و نتركها جانبا.
  2. نخلط ملعقة الكاستر مع كوب حليب و من دون سكر و نضعه على النار حتى تثخن نطفي النار و نتركه حانبا حتى يبرد.
  3. بعد ان يبرد الكاستر نضيف عليه جميع المكونات المتبقية مع نصف كوب حليب و نخلطه بالخلاط حتى يتماسك.
  4. نغمس البسكت في نصف كوب الحليب المتبقي و نعمل منه طبقات بالتناوب مع الخليط و الشعرية... يعني نضع طبقة بسكت و بعدها خليط و بعدها شعرية ثم نكرر مرة ثانية طبقة بسكت و خليط و شعرية و ممكن تزيين الوجه بالمكسرات او البسكت المطحون.
  5. يترك الطبق في الثلاجة تقريبا ٦ ساعات و بعدها يكون جاهز للتقديم.
