  2. للڨلاصاج ميروار نضع 250سل ماء مع 450غ سكر على النار حتى تغلي الغلية الاولى نطفي عليها ونسكبه فوق الشوكولا ونحرك حتى تذوب جيدا ثم نضيف الكاكاو ونخلط حتى يبرد الخليط قليلا نضيف الحليب ونضيف الجيلاتين نكون ذوبته في نصف كاس ماء ونخلط جميع المكونات مع بعض ثم نرحيه بالبرا ميكسور مدة 4د ونصفيه ثم نتركه مدة ساعتين ونصبه فوق الكيك ونزينها بالشونتي ويقدم.
