  1. نضع في قدر الزيت و نقلي معاه البصل و الدجاج و الطماطم علب و مرحية و نقليها جيدا على نار متوسطة ثم نضيف التوابل و الحمص و نمرق بالقليل من الماء الساخن و نتركها تطبخ حتى ينسجم المرق.
  2. نحضر التليتلي و ندهنه بملعقتين زيت و نحطو في كسكاك و نحطو فوق البخار.كي يطلع البخار و يفور نفرغو في قصعة و نصب عليه كمية معتبرة من الماء الساخن و نحرك حتي يتبلل كامل و يولي طري لمدة دقيقتين على الأقل ثم نفرغ الماء و نخلي التليتلي يشيح و نزيد نحطو يفور للمرة الثانية.
  3. كي يفور نحطو في قدر التجمار و نفرغ عليه المرقة بعد ماصفيتها و تخليها تتجمر على نار متوسطة حتى يتشربها و نقدمه ساخن بالدجاج.
