  3. نحضر العجين بحيث نوضع في إناء الفرينة والسكر والخميرة وقرصة ملح والزيت ونخلط بيدي.
  4. نضيف البيضة مع القليل من الماء ونجمع العجين ونخليه يرتاح 5دقائق.
  5. نوضع العجين فالمول بعدما نفتحو ونعملو ثقوب.
  6. ونبدا نوضع فالحشو بحيث نوضع القرعة ثم صلصة الطماطم الي كنت طيبتها ثم الجبن ثم الطماطم شرائح.
  7. نوضع البيض في إناء ونضيفلو الملح والفلفل الأسود والكريمة الطازجة ونمزجهم مليح ونضيفهم على الكيش وندخلو للفرن على 180درجة من الأسفل كي يتحمرو الأطراف نشعلو من فوق.
  8. كي يتحمر شوية نجبدو نضيفلو الشيدار ممزوج مع حبة بيض ونوضعو على الوجه ونخليه يذوب والبيض يطيب.
