  1. في وعاء نخلط الحليب والماء والسكر والخميرة ونتركها ١٠ دقايق.
  2. نضيف الزيت والطحين والملح والخل ونعجن مدة ١٠ دقايق.
  3. نلفها ونتركها تتخمر مدة ساعة بمكان دافي،، وهيك صار شكلها.
  4. الان نقطع العجين كرات متساوية ونتركها ترتاح.
  5. في هذه الاثناء نحضر الحشوة، نفرك السبانخ بشكل قوي ونضيف الملح والبهارات والبصل ونحركهم.
  6. نفرد العجين ونحشيها بالخليط ونشكلها شكل مثلث.
  7. نصفها بالصينية المدهونة زيت او ورق زبدة وندهنها زيت ونضعها بالفرن المحمى مسبقا ١٨٠ درجة من الاسفل حتى تتحمر من تحت ثم من الاعلى حتى تتحمر.
  8. وبالعافية.
